Filing Chapter 7 Bankruptcy ($1,799.00)

You have two payment options when filing Chapter 7 Bankruptcy;

1. Payment in full
2. Down payment deposit of $200.00 when you meet and decide to retain our bankruptcy services. (You will pay $225.00 if you decide to complete your credit counseling course when you initially meet with Lund Kain & Scott, P.A. and decide to retain our services) $399.00 is due at your next review and signature appointment

The balance of $1,200.00 can be secured by a THIRD PARTY who signs a THIRD PARTY GUARANTY. A third party guarantor is a person, who has good credit and co-signs your obligation to pay us the balance of $1,200.00.

Once you file the bankruptcy, YOU ARE NOT PERSONALLY LIABLE FOR OUR FEES. However, the person you have sign the THIRD PARTY GUARANTY, is.

Filing Chapter 13 Bankruptcy ($2,774.00 or $3,274.00)

You have two payment options when filing Chapter 13 Bankruptcy;

1. Payment in full
2. Down payment deposit of $225 (includes credit counseling) when you    retain Lund Kain & Scott, P.A. as your bankruptcy representation.  Balance of $374.00 is due at your next review and signature appointment. (this includes the filing fee of $274.00).

The balance of our fees get paid on your chapter 13 plan as you make your payments to the trustee.
